We received a phone call one afternoon to attend the restuarant in Cheadle. The customer was particularly happy he came across us as we were actually the third company he had telephoned, the other two declining to provide help. He had gone out for a meal and a film with his wife seeing that it was their wedding anniversary. But it was as they walked out the movie theatre he realised that he had dropped their keys. He explained, "We raced back in to the building and searched exactly where we were; yet no keys there. I then had an idea to check in my car and lo and behold they were there, in the ignition, but the door had locked itself." Our technician was there rapidly and after a few moments had the work finished and the door opened.
